Saudi companies come to us for three things: senior consultants on the work rather than a junior team, Arabic delivery by a team that works in Arabic every day, and Zoho configured properly the first time. We have been implementing Zoho since 2018 and we work across the Gulf.

How we deliver

Zoho is a cloud platform, so implementation is discovery sessions, configuration, data migration and training — work that runs on shared screens and shared documents. What decides the outcome is whether the team understands your market and can configure it in the language your staff will use.

ZATCA e-invoicing readiness

Saudi e-invoicing has moved through phased enforcement, with integration requirements reaching progressively smaller taxpayers over time. Thresholds and wave dates change, so confirm your current obligation directly with ZATCA or your tax advisor rather than relying on any published summary.

What does not change is the shape of the work: Zoho Books needs to issue compliant structured invoices, sign them, and clear or report them to ZATCA depending on the transaction type. We have built the equivalent integration for the Egyptian tax authority as a product, so the problem class is familiar — the regulator differs, the engineering discipline does not.

Who we work with

We are a strong fit when you want senior consulting attention rather than a junior team, when Arabic delivery is non-negotiable, and when the requirement is Zoho configured properly rather than a long billable-hours engagement.

  • Good fit: SMEs and mid-market firms, 20–500 staff, wanting CRM or Zoho One done well
  • Good fit: Egyptian or regional groups with a Saudi entity needing one consistent system across both
  • Good fit: companies that need genuine Arabic layouts and bilingual documents, not a translation layer
  • Good fit: groups consolidating several entities onto one system with one chart of accounts

Cross-border groups are the case we know best

If you run an Egyptian company expanding into Saudi Arabia, or a Gulf group with an Egyptian arm, the hard part is rarely the software. It is multi-currency, multi-entity consolidation, and two different e-invoicing regimes reporting from the same chart of accounts.

That is the exact intersection we work in every week. Retrofitting multi-entity handling after go-live is disproportionately expensive, so it is worth designing for on day one even if the second entity is a year away.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with Saudi companies?

Yes. We work with companies in Saudi Arabia, including large enterprises, across Zoho CRM, Zoho One and Zoho Books, with configuration and training delivered in Arabic.

Can Zoho Books handle ZATCA e-invoicing?

Zoho Books supports Saudi e-invoicing requirements with appropriate configuration and integration. Because ZATCA requirements and wave thresholds continue to evolve, confirm what currently applies to your registration with ZATCA or your tax advisor before finalising scope.

What does a Zoho implementation cost compared with local rates?

We quote fixed scope rather than billable hours, so the number you approve is the number you pay and a change of scope is a conversation before it is an invoice. That matters on ERP and CRM projects, because open-ended engagements are where budgets quietly double.

Can you support a group with entities in both Egypt and Saudi Arabia?

Yes, and it is one of the cases we handle most often. Multi-currency, multi-entity consolidation and two separate e-invoicing regimes reporting from one chart of accounts is the technically interesting part, and it is much cheaper to design for upfront than to retrofit.

Who actually does the configuration work?

The consultant who ran your discovery sessions. You are not handed to a delivery team that was not in the room when the decisions were made.

If you want a Zoho rollout costed against your actual headcount and processes rather than a list price, we can do that in one session.
