Most Zoho projects in Egypt do not fail on the software. They fail because the partner configured a global template and left the two things that actually matter locally: Arabic that people will use, and invoices the Egyptian Tax Authority will accept. We are based in Obour City, Cairo, we deliver in Arabic and English, and we build the ETA integration ourselves.
What we actually do
We start with your process, not with a module list. The first session is about what breaks at month-end and which questions you cannot answer today — then we configure Zoho around that.
- Zoho CRM — pipeline, quotations, customer history, and reporting your sales manager will actually open
- Zoho One — the full suite when the pain is between departments rather than inside one
- Zoho Books — accounting with Egyptian VAT, withholding tax, and ETA e-invoice submission
- Zoho People, Inventory, Desk, Creator — added when the process needs them, not by default
- Integration with the systems you are keeping: your website, payment gateway, WhatsApp, telephony, or a legacy accounting package
- Data migration from spreadsheets or an existing CRM, with de-duplication and a parallel run before go-live
ETA e-invoicing is not an add-on here
Every Egyptian business on Zoho Books eventually hits the same wall: getting compliant electronic invoices into the Egyptian Tax Authority system, and keeping them going when the ETA changes a requirement.
We build TaxBridge, our own platform for connecting accounting systems to the ETA. That means the compliance layer of your Zoho implementation is something we maintain as a product, not a one-off script written for your project and forgotten. When the ETA changes a technical requirement, that is our problem to solve rather than a new quotation.
Arabic that survives contact with your team
Partial Arabic support is worse than none. What happens in practice is that staff quietly revert to English or back to Excel, adoption collapses, and six months later the CRM holds a fraction of the real pipeline.
We configure Arabic layouts, right-to-left templates, and Arabic-language training because our team works in Arabic. This is not a translation pass added at the end of the project.
Why being in Cairo changes the project
A Zoho rollout is not only software delivery. It is discovery sessions with your finance team, training your sales team will actually attend, and being reachable in the week a month-end close or a tax deadline goes sideways.

Zoho or ERPNext — we implement both
Very few companies in the Egyptian market implement both platforms seriously, and it changes the kind of advice we can give: the recommendation is not settled before the first meeting.
We do both, which means we can tell you when Zoho is the faster and cheaper route and when your manufacturing depth or inventory complexity genuinely calls for ERPNext. Occasionally the answer is that you need less than you were about to buy.

Are you an official Zoho partner in Egypt?

Can Zoho handle Egyptian ETA e-invoicing?
Yes. Zoho Books can be connected to the Egyptian Tax Authority system. We handle that through TaxBridge, our own integration platform, so submission, status tracking and correction flows sit in one place and stay maintained as ETA requirements change.
How long does a Zoho implementation take?
A focused CRM deployment typically runs four to eight weeks. A multi-department Zoho One rollout is better sequenced in phases — three applications done properly first, then extend. Attempting the whole suite at once takes far longer and reliably produces weaker adoption.
Do you support Arabic?
Yes, as a first-class part of the work rather than a translation pass. We configure Arabic layouts, right-to-left templates and bilingual documents, and we train your team in Arabic.
Do you work with companies outside Egypt?
Yes. We work with companies in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, including large enterprises, across Zoho and ERPNext, delivered in Arabic.
Should we choose Zoho or ERPNext?
It depends on your operation. Zoho usually wins on speed of deployment, breadth of suite, and cost predictability for SMEs. ERPNext tends to win where manufacturing depth, inventory complexity or granular cost control dominate. We implement both, so we can give you the comparison rather than a pitch.
