AI That Replaces Work, Not Clicks

Most AI Features Are Metered. Start by Knowing What They Cost

Every vendor now ships AI, and almost none of them include it outright. Zoho puts AI agents on its lower CRM plans and the sales assistant on Enterprise; Salesforce sells Agentforce as a $550 seat or a $125 add-on on top of one; HubSpot moved to credits at $9 per 1,000, consumed per action; Freshdesk bundles 500 AI sessions then charges $49 per 100; Microsoft sells Copilot at $18 a user. Those were the published prices in August 2026. The useful question is never whether a system has AI — it is what runs out, what it costs when it does, and whether it works in Arabic.

Answering from your own data

An assistant that reads your documents, tickets and records rather than the open internet, so the answer cites something you can check instead of something it invented.

Scoring and routing

Ranking leads and routing tickets on your own history rather than a generic model. Worth doing when volume is high enough that a person triaging is the bottleneck.

Reading documents nobody wants to type

Supplier invoices, delivery notes and PDFs into structured records. This is where AI pays for itself fastest, because the work it replaces is measurable in hours.

Forecasting on your own numbers

Demand and churn signals from your sales and operations history. Needs enough clean history to be worth anything — we will tell you if you do not have it yet.

Automation without a model

A large share of what gets asked for as AI is a rule. Rules are cheaper, faster and auditable, and we will say so rather than sell a model you do not need.

Putting it inside the system you already run

Into Zoho, ERPNext or your own application, so the output lands on a record and triggers the next step — not in a chat window somebody has to copy from.
