Client: a Saudi services company
A services company in Saudi Arabia runs its operation across 8 connected systems — including Slack, Claude, n8n, a custom web dashboard and a mobile app — built and integrated by Bi Innovate from Cairo.
Most companies do not choose their tool sprawl; it accumulates. Each system arrives to solve one problem well, and the cost surfaces later as work that exists only to move information between them — someone copying a status into chat, someone re-entering a request that already exists somewhere else.
This client's answer was not to consolidate onto one vendor, which is rarely realistic, but to make the systems talk. We connected 8 of them into a single operating flow, Slack, Claude, n8n, a custom web dashboard and a mobile app among them, so that a thing that happens in one place is known everywhere it matters without a person carrying it.
The AI layer is worth naming specifically, because it is where this differs from ordinary integration work. Claude sits inside the flow rather than beside it, so the routing and drafting that used to wait on a human reading a queue now happen as part of the process. The dashboard and the mobile app are the two surfaces the team actually works from.

If your team spends its day moving information between tools that do not talk, that work is removable. Tell us which systems you run and we will map what connecting them changes.
