UAE companies tend to arrive with a specific version of the same problem: several good systems that do not speak to each other, a sales team living in spreadsheets, and a finance close that takes longer every quarter. Zoho solves that well when it is configured around your process rather than installed from a template. We have been implementing it since 2018.

What we implement

We start with what breaks at month-end and which questions you cannot answer today, then configure around that. Not from a module checklist.

  • Zoho CRM — pipeline, quotations, customer history and reporting your sales manager will actually open
  • Zoho One — the full suite when the pain sits between departments rather than inside one
  • Zoho Books — accounting configured for UAE VAT and your reporting calendar
  • Zoho People, Inventory, Desk and Creator — added when the process needs them, not by default
  • Integration with what you are keeping: website, payment gateway, WhatsApp, telephony, or an existing accounting package
  • Data migration from spreadsheets or a legacy CRM, with de-duplication and a parallel run before go-live

Bilingual delivery, properly

The UAE runs in English and Arabic and most implementations only really support one. Partial Arabic means part of your team quietly reverts to spreadsheets, and within a year the CRM holds a fraction of the real pipeline.

We configure Arabic layouts, right-to-left templates and bilingual documents, and we train in either language, because our team works in both every day.

How we price the work

We quote fixed scope rather than billable hours. The number you approve is the number you pay, and a change of scope is a conversation before it is an invoice.

That matters more than it sounds on an ERP or CRM project, because open-ended engagements are where budgets quietly double. You get senior consultants on the work — not a junior team learning on your project.

Zoho or ERPNext — we implement both

Very few implementers cover both platforms seriously, and it changes the kind of advice we can give: the recommendation is not settled before the first meeting.

We do both. That means we can tell you when Zoho is the faster, cheaper and more sensible route, and when your manufacturing depth or inventory complexity genuinely calls for ERPNext instead. Occasionally the honest answer is that you need less than you were about to buy.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with UAE companies?

Yes. We work with companies in the UAE, including large enterprises, across Zoho CRM, Zoho One and Zoho Books, with configuration and training in Arabic or English.

Can Zoho Books handle UAE VAT?

Yes, with appropriate configuration — VAT treatment, tax reporting and your filing calendar. Because tax requirements change, confirm what currently applies to your registration with the Federal Tax Authority or your tax advisor before finalising scope.

How long does a Zoho implementation take?

A focused CRM deployment typically runs four to eight weeks. A multi-department Zoho One rollout is better sequenced — three applications done properly first, then extend. Attempting the whole suite at once takes considerably longer and reliably produces weaker adoption.

Can you support a group with entities in more than one country?

Yes. Multi-currency and multi-entity consolidation across the Gulf and Egypt is one of the cases we handle most often. It is much cheaper to design for on day one than to retrofit after go-live.

Should we choose Zoho or ERPNext?

Zoho usually wins on speed of deployment, breadth of suite and predictable cost. ERPNext tends to win where manufacturing depth, inventory complexity or granular costing dominate. We implement both, so we can give you the comparison rather than a pitch.

Tell us what breaks at month-end and we will tell you whether Zoho is the right answer — including when it is not.
