Client: one of Egypt's largest plastic footwear manufacturers
A plastic footwear manufacturer in Egypt runs purchasing, production, 6 warehouses across 3 branches and accounting on one ERPNext system covering more than 4,000 stock items, implemented in 3 months.
At this scale the problem is rarely one department. Purchasing, production, stores and accounting each keep their own version of the truth, and the cost surfaces as a question nobody answers quickly: what do we have, and what did it cost. Every number reaching management had been assembled by hand, so it was already old and quietly disputed.
We built the operating cycle on ERPNext end to end — purchasing, stores and inventory movement across all 6 warehouses, the production cycle, the sales cycle, and the accounting that sits underneath all of it. More than 4,000 stock items moved onto one item master, so a code means the same thing in the factory, in the store and on the invoice.
Reporting is drawn from that same data rather than reassembled afterwards. Management stopped waiting on a reconciliation before a decision could be made, because the reconciliation stopped being a separate step.
What the system covers
- Purchasing through to sales in one cycle
- Stock movement tracked across all 6 warehouses
- Stores and accounts reconciled from the same records
- Production costing tied to actual material movement
- Reports drawn from live data, not spreadsheets

If your stores, production and accounts each hold a different version of the truth, that is the problem ERPNext is built to close. Tell us how your operation runs and we will show you what it looks like on one system.
